محک سازمانی است که از انگیزه والای خدمت به همنوع سرچشمه گرفته و توجه خود را معطوف بیماری سرطان کودکان در سطح ملی و بین المللی و در حوزه‌های امور خیریه، درمان و تحقیقات نموده است. 

حمایت همه جانبه از کودکان مبتلا به سرطان و خانواده آنان در بخش خیریه، درمان کودکان مبتلا به سرطان در ایران و در چهارچوب منشور حقوق بیمار و بر اساس جدید ترین و کارآمدترین روش‌ها و آخرین دست آوردهای علم پزشکی در بخش درمان و انجام تحقیقات علمی در زمینه بیماری سرطان برای کشف علل بروز بیماری، روش‌های تشخیص، پیشگیری و روش‌های نوین درمان، ماموریت این سازمان است.
